At Lincoln South Rotary Club on Friday, June 23, 2023, we learned about one of our newest members, Heather Loughman.
Heather has been a member of Lincoln South Rotary Club for only 2 months. Shortly after she joined she was summoned to jury duty. So, she has not been able to attend in person much yet. But, she is happy to be here as a member.
Heather is the CEO of Community Action Partnership. The organization has four areas of focus:
Early Childhood Education - including Head Start
Homeless Prevention
Financial and Family Well Being
Hunger Relief and Healthy Food Access
She has been at Community Action Partnership for 12 year - but just recently stepped into the position of CEO.

Heather is originally from upper Michigan and currently lives in Fremont with her husband and dogs. She takes pride in taking good care of their fur friends. They have a 14-year old Newfoundland which has a normal life expectancy of 8-10 years. They take pride in the good care that they have given to their dogs.
Additionally, Heather is a travel agent focusing on Disney travel - any and all locations and activities. As she said "anything Disney".
