Our newest member - Shane Davidson - presented his Member Moment on April 5, 2019 at Lincoln South Rotary Club.
Shane is from Lincoln Nebraska and has one sister. He is fortunate to have both sets of grandparents who also live in Lincoln so they are a very close family.
He attended Southwest High School, Hastings College where he played soccer for 4 years then Chiropractic studies in Davenport Iowa. His chiropractic office will open May 2nd at 27th & Yankee Hill Road.
He looks forward to serving his friends, family and community.
He has been active in his church but wanted to join a service organization to give back to, and connect with, the community. He had heard of Rotary and their impact as a service organization. He shared that he is grateful to Lincoln South Rotary Club for welcoming him - making him feel like a part of the group from the first time he visited.
What we don't know about Shane is that he carries a rock in his pocket - it is his gratitude rock. When he feels it or pulls it out of his pocket, it reminds him to be grateful for all that he has.
