During the Rotary District 5650 conference July 27 and 28 in Lincoln, attendees will assemble 400 personal care / hygiene packs for survivors of human trafficking.

Thank you to Lincoln South Rotary Club for the donations at the July 13 meeting. The cash ($179) was used to purchase night shirts. If you can provide any of the items (read more) or cash, bring to Rotary on July 20.
These packs are designed to provide 3 days of care items. They will be coordinated through the Magdalene House in Bellevue and distributed throughout our area. Even if you are not able to attend the District Conference, if you would like to contribute items please bring them to an upcoming meeting of Lincoln South Rotary Club.

Here is the story on the District Website as well as a complete list of items needed. You can also contact Kay Wunderlich if you would like to know any specific items she would like to get or if you would like to contribute money for the purchase of items.
