On May 29 at Lincoln South Rotary Club we will hear about the Friendship Home programs and the help they provide to members of our community from Nichole Palmer, Assistant Development Director.

Friendship Home has been empowering freedom from domestic violence for over 40 years. Through emergency shelter, transitional housing and crisis services, Friendship Home helps victims of domestic violence gain insight into their trauma and guides them to use their strengths to rebuild their lives.

Nichole Palmer Bio:
I am the Assistant Development Director at Friendship Home.  I have been employed with Friendship Home for nearly 3 years and was a volunteer for 2 years prior to my employment.  My first connection to Friendship Home was through my Sorority Alumnae group who nationally supports domestic violence awareness.  I have a marketing degree from UNL and I have enjoyed 20 years of non-profit event planning.
