Dear members,
It is time to select our Board members for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023. Please select 4 names from the attached list of eligible candidates. Please email those names to me at chantyrrell2@gmail.com by the end of October. Once the nominations are closed, a ballot will be emailed to you with the names of the four candidates willing to run for the Board. At that time, you will be asked to vote for two. The two candidates with the highest number of votes will serve on the Board from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
Election of Board members is always important, but especially now with the decisions that will need to be made for the future success of our Club.
